We perform comprehensive movement assessments to gain a base level. We look at your movement patterns to look at how your body is compensating. We can’t improve what we don’t measure. The body compensates when muscles are tight (oftentimes when they are overactive i.e hip flexors and chest muscles) which causes other muscles to be weak.
